Description
The CRM Prize Draw system is designed to
conduct a fair draw where each paid subscription has an equal chance of winning a prize. The systems operates in any Microsoft Windows environment.
Visualisation
The system provides an attractive visualisation enabling the draw to be an effective marketing tool.
The visualisation is structured to hold the attention of a large number of members in an auditorium and is
suitable for projection at a large scale venue.
Configuration
The draw system has a simple configuration to enable its use by a trained but non-technical administrator.
Using strong encryption, the system is responsible for protecting confidential member data during the
operation of a prize draw. The system is designed to handle large volumes of data.
Fairness of draw
An audit trail is produced showing the results of several test performed during execution of the draw.
The audit trail is designed to enable the credit union Supervisory Committee to verify that a
draw was conducted fairly.
